- experience in baking or food service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- good physical stamina for standing and operating equipment

Job Duties
- Collaborates with restaurant operations team and upper leadership team
- protects organization's value by keeping company information confidential
- provides excellent internal and external customer service
- works flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- multitasks and prioritizes tasks quickly
- preps ingredients and assembles baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- reviews production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
- shapes dough by hand or equipment
- cuts and weighs dough into uniform portions and molds into shapes
- proofs dough and bakes in oven
- inspects product for quality and adjusts processes
- applies glazes, icings, or other toppings
- operates large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens and grills
- reads order slips and follows instructions for baking
- verifies baked goods meet quality and quantity standards
- cleans, stocks and restocks workstations and display cases
- maintains food safety and sanitation
- performs safety-sensitive tasks responsibly
