Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related baking experience preferred
- ability to work part-time schedule Monday through Friday with varying hours
- good physical stamina for baking duties
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong communication skills
- ability to interact positively with customers
- willingness to learn and adapt
- eligibility to work at Microsoft Redmond location
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of baking techniques and production standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes accurately
- good organizational and time management skills
- strong attention to food safety and sanitation practices
- customer service skills
- ability to work calmly under pressure during peak production times
- basic record keeping skills
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- complete production records including waste tracking and inventory usage
- maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items appropriately with safety regulations in mind
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints
- keep up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently
- check food presentation and display
- follow sanitation and safety principles and corporate standards
- complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner
- perform other duties as assigned
