Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a baker in a restaurant, bakery, or similar setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, methods, and a variety of baked goods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in product presentation

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Follow established recipes and techniques for baking, making adjustments when necessary to meet high-quality standards
- Assist in the creation of new baked items and menu ideas in collaboration with the Pastry Chef
- Monitor and maintain the quality of baked goods, ensuring that each product is fresh, flavorful, and consistent in appearance
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, and fillings
- ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies, ingredients, and equipment
- assist in placing orders to replenish stock when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely preparation of all baked goods
