- food service or bakery experience a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepares product and prioritizes bakery needs for daily operational excellence
- Follows proper labeling and storage procedures
- Operates commercial mixer and baking equipment
- Follows detailed baking procedures and precise recipes
- Maintains clean kitchen including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting and general disinfecting
- Washes dishes using three compartment sink
- Follows opening and closing checklists
- Will be cross-trained to also operate FOH
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
