- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant baking experience
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and yield guides
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in baking
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides
- Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Set-up and break down work station
- Regularly runs for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
