Job Requirements
- at least one year of baking experience or equivalent education
- ability to work weekends part-time
- creativity in baking and decorating
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to follow standardized recipes
- good communication and teamwork skills
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 preferred

- at least one year of baking experience in a busy kitchen or equivalent education
- experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
- strong creativity and decoration skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- effective delegation and team collaboration skills
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- prepares appetizing baked goods and desserts according to standardized recipes
- delegates responsibility to cook assistants for support in preparation
- assists in cleaning and maintaining safe and sanitary work areas
- ensures proper storage, marking, and dating of food items using FIFO methods
- meets food production schedules aligned with the menu
- prepares baked goods and desserts for banquets and special events
- communicates low supply levels to Food Service Director and Chef
