Job Duties
- prepping and baking pastries including cookies, scones, cakes, buttercreams, curds, fillings, and focaccia
- preparing and building custom cake orders
- finishing and decorating cakes and pastries
- assisting with ingredient inventory
- maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- contributing to menu development and maintenance
- working closely with the Head Baker to ensure smooth daily operations
