Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Prior bakery or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain an unexpired and valid ServSafe Food Handlers License or Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations

  • Culinary degree or certificate preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Stock and replenish bakery products as needed
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
  • Maintain baking equipment and supplies responsibly
  • Assist in training new staff and provide coaching when needed
