Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a bakery setting
- ability to identify various forms of dough and bakery ingredients
- ability to adhere to recipes, food preparation instructions, and production guidelines
- knowledge of basic bakery and pastry production techniques
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Perform various operations including rolling, cutting, baking, scaling, weighing, mixing, measuring, and ingredient preparation
- stock and maintain walk-in and reach-in refrigerators as well as dry storage areas
- monitor sanitation, spoilage, and supply waste
- adhere to recipes, food preparation instructions, and production guidelines
- assist bakers in baking and plating items
- maintain cleanliness and organization in bakery work area
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery production
