Job Requirements
- Must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety driven with baking/food service experience
- Ability to prepare ingredients and assemble baked goods following recipes
- Capacity to operate large-volume cooking equipment
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food service is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and overnight shifts
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Collaborates with restaurant operations team and upper leadership team
- Must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- Protects organization's value by keeping company information confidential
- Provides excellent internal and external customer service
- Works flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes tasks efficiently
- Follows food safety standards and has food service/baking experience
- Preps ingredients and assembles baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- Reviews production schedules and assembles supplies and equipment
- Shapes dough for cookies, pies, and pastries by hand or with machines
- Cuts and weighs dough into uniform portions and bakes goods to quality standards
- Applies glazes, icings, or other toppings as needed
- Operates large-volume cooking equipment simultaneously
- Reads order slips or receives instructions to bake to specifications
- Verifies baked goods meet quality and quantity requirements
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases
- Performs other duties as assigned
