Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- knowledge and understanding of relevant food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug screening
- satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- satisfactory completion of TSA background check
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of company and FDA standards, processes and procedures
- knowledge of restaurant and baking supplies, equipment, and services including ordering and inventory control
- ability to monitor and maintain quality control standards
- ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods
- ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- ability to receive, stock, and deliver goods
- knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials
- knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards

Job Duties
- Collaborates with restaurant operations team and upper leadership team
- must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
- protects organization's value by keeping company information confidential
- provides excellent internal and external customer service
- works flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- multi-tasks and prioritizes tasks quickly
- prepares ingredients and assembles baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- reviews production schedules to determine baking quantities and supply needs
- shapes dough for cookies, pies, and pastries by hand or using equipment
- preps food and other items as directed by the Kitchen Manager
- cuts, weighs, molds, proofs, and bakes dough, ensuring product quality
- applies glazes, icings, or toppings to baked goods
- operates large-volume cooking equipment
- reads order slips and instructions to bake to specifications
- verifies baked goods meet quality and quantity requirements
- cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases
- performs other duties as assigned
