Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- ability to work flexible hours
- willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
- basic math and reading skills
- successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

- experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- strong communication skills

- understanding of food safety standards and sanitation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise following recipes and makeup instructions
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment
- wraps labels and stores bakery merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- provides exceptional customer service and answers member questions
