Job Duties
- prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions for bakery products
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and assisting with bakery orders
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
