Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods while working and assisting members
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient with digital tools used in retail bakery operations
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions for baked goods
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain requirements
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and quality control
- Maintains a clean and organized bakery work area and assists members with purchasing decisions
