Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in bakery or food preparation is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic skills in using digital tools and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare bakery merchandise by following recipes and operating equipment
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions and inventory management
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor product quality, control inventory, and minimize waste
