- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical work demands
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members
- Operates baking equipment and follows recipes/make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery merchandise according to policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Utilizes handheld technology for production and merchandise ordering decisions
- Maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
- Demonstrates commitment to operational excellence and quality control
- Supports inventory management and elimination of waste
- Models high quality service and passion for the work
