Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production requirements
- operates baking equipment following recipes and company procedures
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to food safety and quality standards
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- leverages handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
- ensures compliance with sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management guidelines
- assists members with bakery product selections and customer service
- commits to operational excellence and eliminates waste
- complies with company policies and promotes high-quality service
- participates in training and development programs
