Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bakery items daily by following recipes
- Wrap, label, and store bakery merchandise according to company guidelines
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Utilize handheld technology to manage production and inventory
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production needs
- Monitor quality and date control of bakery products
- Adapt to new digital tools and encourage team adoption
