Job Qualifications

- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle bakery merchandise
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make decisions about production, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains clean and member-ready work area
- ensures quality control, date control, and proper packaging and labeling
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- advocates for the department and club by modeling high-quality service
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- adapts to changes and provides feedback for improvements
