- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- proficiency with digital tools and technology applications related to production and inventory management
Job Duties
- prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes
- operate baking equipment and maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- wrap, label, and store baked goods according to company policies
- provide exceptional customer service to bakery members and the wider club
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- collaborate with team members to meet business needs and ensure operational excellence
