Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follow recipes and make-up instructions for baked items
- Wrap, label, and store bakery merchandise according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery area
