Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or food service experience preferred
- ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- proficiency with handheld technology and willingness to learn new digital tools
- understanding of food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving skills and adaptability

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and demonstrates flexibility to support business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise daily by following recipes and make-up instructions
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- maintains inventory control and cold chain compliance
- provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- leverages handheld technology to improve operations and member experience
- ensures quality and date control standards are consistently met
- advocates for high-quality service, product presentation, and the member experience
- complies with company policies, ethics, and safety standards while executing business processes
- adapts to new tools and fosters a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
