Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

- successful completion of required trainings and assessments
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- ability to follow detailed recipes and safety protocols
- customer service experience valued
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- teamwork and communication skills
- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
Job Duties
- prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
- operate baking equipment according to recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store bakery merchandise as per company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- provide exceptional customer service including greeting and assisting members
- maintain clean, neat, and member-ready bakery work area
