Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains commitment to operational excellence by keeping work area clean and organized
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- models high-quality service and products by valuing the member's experience
- executes basic tasks at the highest level of quality
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completes work assignments using data and resources effectively
- communicates progress and addresses improvement opportunities
- adapts to change and feedback
- maintains a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members
- provides exceptional customer service across the club as needed
- answers member questions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
