Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift and carry bakery items
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed times
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- previous bakery or food service experience preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and is flexible to work in other areas as needed
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, and training
- maintains a clean, organized, and member-ready area
- assists members with orders and purchasing decisions
- ensures product quality and date control
- eliminates waste by managing inventory properly
- models high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- adapts and learns from feedback and change
