Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation helpful
- ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately

- understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs following recipes and makeup instructions
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and answering questions
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and inventory management
- utilize handheld technology for merchandise ordering and quality control
