Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and make-up instructions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in operating baking equipment and maintaining sanitation standards
- Comfortable using digital tools and handheld technology
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability to business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items adhering to company policies and food safety standards
- Maintains sanitation and cold chain compliance and manages inventory for bakery products
- Uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality
- Ensures work area cleanliness and operational excellence
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work while advocating for the department and the club
- Complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Completes assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers and adapts to feedback and change
