Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- operates baking equipment and follows recipes/make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes digital tools to improve sales and member experience
- uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and product quality
- maintains work area cleanliness and operational excellence
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completes work assignments by collaborating with team and management and adapts to feedback and change
