Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise according to daily needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items in compliance with policies and food safety standards
- utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to make business decisions and improve sales
- maintains operational excellence including quality control and date labeling
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- complies with company policies and procedures while completing assigned work and priorities
