Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes, make-up instructions, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Maintains work area and operational excellence according to company policies and procedures
- Provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and answering questions
