Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provides exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering questions
