Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment and follow detailed recipes
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with digital tools and technology in a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management protocols preferred
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to the needs of the business by working in other areas as required
- Prepare bakery merchandise according to daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, managing quality and date control standards, securing fragile items, and minimizing waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
- Advocate for the department and club by prioritizing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and product knowledge
- Comply with all company policies, ethics, and standards, and complete assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and business partners while adapting to change and feedback
