Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and product quality
- maintains work area according to company policies
- ensures quality and date control of bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes tasks by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
- adapts to change and feedback to improve performance
