Job Duties
- Collaborate with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store merchandise in compliance with company policies
- operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve business decisions
- ensure operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
- assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
