Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies
- Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and product quality
- Maintains operational excellence by securing merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchases
- Demonstrates high quality service by valuing the member's experience and exhibiting passion and commitment
- Complies with company policies and communicates progress, adapts to change and feedback
