Job Qualifications

- experience in bakery or food preparation desirable but not required
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong multitasking and organizational skills

- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment following recipes and makeup instructions
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- maintain and sanitize baking equipment
- utilize handheld technology for production-related decisions and product quality
- assist members with bakery purchases by providing exceptional customer service
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
