Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- operates baking equipment and follows recipes to prepare bakery merchandise
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery products according to company policies
- complies with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- utilizes handheld technology for production and inventory decisions
- maintains clean and organized work areas
- assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
