Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company standards
- maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory guidelines
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and questions
- ensure work area is clean, neat, and member-ready
