Job Requirements

- Basic knowledge of bakery equipment operation
- Familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment maintaining food safety standards
- Utilizes handheld technology to manage production and inventory
- Assists members with bakery orders and provides exceptional customer service
- Maintains clean and organized work area
- Ensures quality control and minimizes waste
- Adheres to company policies and ethical standards
