Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with the members of the team
- operates baking equipment and prepares bakery merchandise based on daily needs
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manages inventory and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- models high quality service and products
- complies with company policies and standards
