Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicate effectively with team members and remain flexible to business needs
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and production decisions
- utilize handheld technology to enhance operations and training
- maintain work area according to policies and ensure quality and date control standards
- secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminate waste and assist members with purchasing decisions
- package and label merchandise correctly
- advocate for department and club by modeling high-quality service and products
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
- communicate progress and implement improvements
- adapt to change and feedback effectively
