Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain standards
- utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and quality
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers their questions
