Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and company policies
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise ensuring food safety and date control compliance
- Utilizes handheld technology to support production decisions and member service
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
- Provides exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members
- Executes operational excellence by eliminating waste and securing fragile merchandise
- Advocates for high-quality service and products while modeling energy and commitment
