- prior experience in bakery or food service is beneficial
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

- familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- adaptability to use digital tools and technology for business processes
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes, make-up instructions, wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- maintain a clean and member-ready work area
