Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery or food preparation is an advantage

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and answer questions as needed
- Use handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, minimize waste, and maintain date control standards
