Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- commitment to maintaining a clean work area
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time frames
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- ability to operate baking equipment
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- proficiency in using handheld technology and digital tools
- customer service experience
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- leverages digital tools for production and quality control
- maintains cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
