Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with team members
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- leverages handheld technology to support production, ordering, and quality control
- maintains a clean and organized member-ready workspace
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- complies with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- exemplifies energy, commitment, and passion in all work
