Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food service environment preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow precise recipes and operational procedures
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology considered an asset
Job Duties
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
- operates baking equipment and follows recipes/make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- provides exceptional customer service and assists members with bakery orders
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
