- ability to operate baking equipment
- strong communication skills

- customer service experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- utilize handheld technology for inventory and production management
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- assist members with bakery orders and provide exceptional customer service
