- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- uses hand held technology for production and ordering decisions
- maintains positive member interactions by greeting and assisting members
- keeps work area clean and organized according to company policies
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- executes basic tasks at the highest quality level
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
- adapts to change and feedback
- supports operational excellence and reduces waste
